Es ist mir ein besondere Freunde diesmal zwei meiner engsten Freunde und Vinylkumpels, Simon Herbivore und Ian Ray, zu Gast zu haben um zusammen eine Hommage an 7" zu feiern. Es ist allgemein bekannt, in meinem Kopf, dass sieben Zoll Platten das schlimmste Format mit der besten Musik sind und ich weigere mich sie verstauben zu lassen nur weil sie so klitzeklein und fummelig sind.

I have the great pleasure to welcome two of my best friends and fellow vinyl fiends, Simon Herbivore and Ian Ray, for a 7" homage show. It's a well known fact, in my head at least, that 7" is the worst format with the best music and I am determined to not let them gather dust even though they are such fragile, lickle things.

Finyl Vinyl ist eine Hommage an Plattensammlungen überall. Wie es so schön heißt, man ist nicht Besitzer einer Sammlung, nur vorübergehender Hüter. In diesem Sinne wird brav geteilt. Ich habe endlose Neugier für das was Du hörst, welche besonderen Schätze dabei sind, neben allen versteht sich, und ich will immer noch ein Lied hören. Komm, einer geht noch und sag, wo hast Du diese Platte gefunden? Wann hast Du sie das letzte Mal gespielt? Diese und viele weitere Fragen werden hier beschnattert von mir und meinen illustren Wegbegleitenden und Hütenden von unserem Lieblingsding, Vinyl. – Elisabeth

Finyl Vinyl is an homage to record collections everywhere. As the saying goes, one is never the owner of a collection, only the temporary guardian. In that spirit the wealth will be shared. I have a never ending curiosity for what you are listening to, what the gems are in your collection, besides all of them. Plus I always want to hear one finyl song. Go on, play one more and tell me, where did you find this? When did you play this last?
